These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between OnlineReviewRemoval (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the client entity or individual (“Client” or “you”) requesting review removal and reputation remediation services.

Our services encompass forensic review auditing, Terms-of-Service policy formulation, submission of formal administrative legal dispute briefs, direct escalation with platform Trust & Safety arbiters, and Google search cache invalidation across supported review platforms (including Google Business Profile, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Indeed, Yelp, and related consumer portals).

Case resolution timelines generally fall within 48hrs to 45 days, governed by the following operational conditions:

• Intake Feasibility Audit (2 – 4 Hours): Initial forensic policy violation mapping is completed within 2 to 4 business hours.
• Standard Administrative Arbitration (48 Hours – 14 Days): Expedited Google, Yelp, and Trustpilot reviews with clear-cut Terms-of-Service breaches are resolved within this initial window.
• Escalated Legal & Policy Petitions (14 – 45 Days): Complex cases requiring secondary appeals, multi-reviewer evidence clusters, or platform ombudsman escalations may require up to 45 calendar days.

6. Client Representations & Evidence Veracity

Client represents and warrants that all URLs, factual statements, and evidence provided to the Company are accurate to the best of Client's knowledge. Client agrees not to submit fraudulent documents or misrepresent legitimate commercial transactions.

7. Platform Compliance & White-Hat Listing Safety

All remediation methodologies employed by OnlineReviewRemoval are 100% white-hat and strictly compliant with host platform Terms of Service, FTC regulations, Section 230 guidelines, and applicable civil laws. We do not utilize bot-driven spam scripts, artificial positive review floods, or illegal black-hat suppression tactics that could endanger your merchant listing.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Delhi, India, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through confidential binding arbitration.
